What is Library 2.0?
Library 2.0 is a common term adopted from web 2.0, which is a micro version of the web's major applications eg. wiki, oxford online, encyclopedia etc. It is implemented for library services in today's society to grow into a setting which is more virtual and physical, more interactive, collaborative and driven by community needs. Examples would be gaming/trivial nights for teens, blogs and collaborative photo sites. The basic drive is to get people back into the library and provide relevance into their daily lives.
