Changing the arrangement on Blogger

I have also changed the arrangement design of this blog. Here's how it was done:

Blogger Home -> clicked the title "Social Media Tools in Libraries"
Overview Page -> scrolled down and clicked on [Layout] on the left panel.
Layout Page -> the top center box below the Title, I selected [add a gadget]
Gadget Pop-up Window -> selected 'search box' and followed the prompts to apply the settings.
Layout Page -> I've placed the 'contributors' box on top of 'blog archive' by using drag and drop.
Layout Page -> I clicked [add a gadget] above "contributors" and selected 'translate'.
Translate Page -> named the Title "Lanaguage Mode" and selected radio button 'Drop-Down Only'. Then hit Save.
Layout Page -> finalized customizing by clicking [Save arrangement].
